The Systea Micromac-1000 is a compact, automatic water quality analyser for measuring chemical parameters in a wide range of water types. While the instrument is portable and easy to relocate, it can also be used for autonomous and online water quality monitoring. The Micromac-1000 is available in single-parameter and sequential multiparameter configurations, providing a high level of analytical automation in a compact format.

For nutrient monitoring, the Micromac-1000 can be configured to measure ammonia (N-NH3), orthophosphate (P-PO4), nitrate (N-NO3) and nitrite (N-NO2). These parameters can be combined in a multiparameter configuration for comprehensive nutrient monitoring. The analyser uses established chemical measurement methods, including colorimetric, fluorimetric and UV absorption techniques, depending on the selected application.

The Micromac-1000 can be used for a wide range of water quality applications, including surface water, wastewater and seawater. Measurement frequency is programmable and the instrument operates automatically without continuous operator presence. Automatic calibration and sample dilution further simplify operation, while measurement results can be stored in the instrument and provided via analogue or serial communication.
