Since unmanned helicopter landing sites become more and more popular, Observator Instruments decided to develop a full automatic weather message system called OMC-141 ATIS system. The system is ideal for unmanned transformer platforms in offshore wind farms or other applications. Helicopter pilots can request the weather information by using the VHF radio in order to receive an automatic voice message for essential weather information like, Temperature, Humidity Barometric pressure, Cloud base and Visibility.
