As the exclusive representative of Lufft, we have tested the MARWIS (Mobile Automated Road Weather Information System) road condition sensors during the bad weather conditions in Northern Netherlands two weeks ago. The MARWIS is one of the most sophisticated road condition sensors available at the moment.
We have done several measurements with two vehicles (a car and a van). Our software program OMC-Data-OnLine as well as ViewMondo display the measurement data graphically in real-time: road surface temperature, water film height, dew point temperature, ice percentage, friction and rel. humidity above the road surface.
